Hi everyone, it's Rachel Clark again. I just wanted to come out and give our 5 Pro Tips for Home Buyers.
1. Pre-Qualified
We want to know our starting basis as to what we can look at and what houses that you really can afford. I wouldn't want you to go into a house that you fall in love with and it turns out that it's not in our price range.

2. Due Diligence
Make sure you're doing your due diligence when you're searching for your agent. This is one of the biggest purchases you're going to make in your life and you want to make sure that you're working with a full time professional who is going to be negotiating for you.
3. Credible Home Search
Make sure your agent sets you up on a credible home search. Unfortunately, Zillow or other online sites are not the most reliable or up to date.
You want to make sure that you're set up on a multiple listing service search. It's the most reliable and up to date and it will make sure that you're in the loop as everything comes live on the market.
4. Constant Communication
Make sure that you're in constant communication with everyone involved in your transactional party, that being title, your lender, and all of their assistants. They're going to be calling you, emailing you. We want to make sure that everyone is on the same page and in the loop with what's going on so that you're closing on time.
5. Have Grace with Yourself & Agent
And last but not least, have grace with yourself and your agent. We are here to help navigate you through this what could be a stressful time, but we're here to make it fun and easy. Leave the grunt work to us and let the home buying go to you.
