2. Title Fees
Title fees are the fees and costs to ensure that your newly purchased home is placed correctly under your name.Â
3. Escrow Fees
Here in Arizona, we are an escrow state. The escrow officer ensures that the money you're using to purchase your new home goes to all the appropriate parties.Â
4. Interest of Mortgage
The lender requires that you pay the interest of your mortgage from the date of your closing to the first of the next month in advance. I hope these were helpful tips.
