Hey everyone, it's Rachel Clark. Today I'm going to go over my top 5 favorite local restaurants here in Tucson. Read on to know my top picks.
1. Prep & Pastry
This local brunch hotspot specializes in pastries, cocktails, and food. They use locally sourced products to create beautiful and mouth watering dishes. My personal favorite is the Steak and Egg Sammie.Â

2. Fiamme Pizza
If you're looking for delicious wood-fire Neapolitan pizza, Fiamma is my favorite place to go for dine-in or takeout. They use authentic recipes...it'll be like you're almost visiting Italy! My personal favorite pizza is their Carne Pizza, and you don't want to miss out on their dessert with their Nutella Pizza.Â
3. Lindy's on 4th
If you're looking for a great burger, Lindy's on 4th provides amazing food and also a fun family environment. They are also showcased on Man vs. Food, which highlights their OMFG challenge, which is a three pound patty with one pound of cheddar and swiss. If you finish this challenge in 20 minutes, the burgers on the house. My personal favorite burger is their Texas Belt Buckle.
4. Mr. An's Teppanyaki Steak and Seafood
An exciting and delicious experience for dinner, birthdays, or group events, Mr. An has taken Japanese cuisine in Tucson to the next level. My personal favorite is the Land and Sea off of the teppanyaki grill.
5. El Charro Cafe
This restaurant features Sonoran style Mexican food, and has been owned and operated by the Flores family since 1922. With three beautiful locations, this should be number one on your Mexican food stops that you definitely need to go to. My personal favorite dish is the Carne Seca Platter.Â
